Refund Policy

Refunds and Replacements

We want every customer to receive their order in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@collectorskickoff.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@collectorskickoff.com so we can assist you further.

Returns

Due to the collectible nature of this product, we can only accept returns if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Opened sticker packs, opened boxes, used albums, or products with removed packaging cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To request a return, please contact us at support@collectorskickoff.com with your order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will help make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A replacement shipment
A refund
Store credit

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your household, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@collectorskickoff.com and include your order number so we can assist you.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging included. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
