If your sticker album, sticker box, or bundle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@collectorskickoff.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We'll review your claim and work quickly to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Because this is a collectible product, opened sticker packs, opened boxes, used albums, or items with removed packaging cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
